5540-5548 El Cajon Blvd is a 4,700 square foot retail center located in the College Area nearby SDSU. CEG, in the capacity as a co-investor acquired this very tired and neglected vacant retail center in 2015. Over the past two years CEG spearheaded a complete physical renovation and handled the lease up to new and exciting local businesses who also saw potential in the area. CEG will continue to handle the leasing and management on behalf of the ownership group.

Since 2006, Pat has closed over $200 million in total transaction consideration, consisting of over 1.5 million square feet and nearly 100 escrows. Pat’s brokerage experience has focused on advising family trusts, high net worth individuals and private equity funds to develop and implement comprehensive plans for their commercial real estate. He has handled complex multi-property exchanges, targeted investment requirements, dispositions of both multi-tenant and single-tenant investment properties, owner/user sales, sale-leasebacks, ground leased investments, bank-owned foreclosures and distressed situations in both equity and debt. As Pat is an active investor and a principal in commercial real estate investments, he can offer a unique perspective to his clients, drawing from first-hand experience in the marketplace.
Pat received his Bachelor of Science in Finance with an Emphasis in Real Estate from San Diego State University. As co-founder of The Real Estate Society of SDSU, Pat continues his involvement as President of the SDSU Real Estate Alumni Group. Additionally, Pat is an active member of the San Diego Chapter of NAIOP, and serves as a Board Member of The College Area Business District.
