Smith, El Dorado Properties has served hundreds of clients from first time home buyers to commercial developers. Graduating from SDSU in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Finance, David is now the principal broker and Vice President at El Dorado Properties. Joining the company in 2008, David is in charge of all brokerage services, land use consulting and property rehabilitation. With years of hands-on knowledge in the construction field, David understands how to maximize property values with reasonable expense.
As a native San Diegan, David has a love for the ocean and the great outdoors. Having traveled to nearly every continent on earth including 26 countries, he hopes to continue his real estate education by investing in & managing property abroad. David lives in La Mesa with his wife, Jennica.
